Sample
For first-time customers
We realize that some of our customers want to try our teas before placing an order. In order to support this, we stock attractively packaged samples suitable for tasting our White, Green, Black, Oolong, and Puerh teas. For this service, we charge a nominal fee per sample. If, upon tasting our teas, you become a regular customer, we refund the cost of the samples upon completion of your first order, as not exceeding 5% of your first wholesale order's amount.
For regular customers
We like to introduce our regular customers to teas they have not ordered. Based on the size of the order, we select free tea samples to add to the shipment for your tasting pleasure. Please contact us for details.
Sample fee
We provide tea samples in 25g sizes. Prices are calculated based on which teas you select.

Order
Order process
The basic order process includes Tea (or Tea Sample) Selection, Order Confirmation, Payment, Product Preparation, Shipping, and Receipt, all of which are described below.
Tea Selection
Using our website or downloaded catalog, the customer makes their selection of tea, and tea samples.
Order confirmation
We will confirm the products, amount, package, shipping method, and other details of your order, as well as send an invoice to you via email within 2 days of receipt of order.
Payment
Requests for fast delivery require 100% payment. Orders requiring longer preparation time due to custom packaging or our Private Label service require a pre-payment of 50% upon placement of the order, and final payment before shipping.

Product Preparation
Orders with normal packaging can be prepared within 2-4 days. We process orders 7 days a week. Private Label orders require a longer time.
Shipping
Once your order is submitted, we will prepare and package the order in accordance with the agreed upon shipping method, including any customs paperwork and inspection if needed.
Receipt
We track the package status from the time it exits our warehouse to the time you receive it. We want to ensure the highest delivery service possible so that you receive the package in the expected time. Based on the requirements in your country and local post office, you may need to pick up the package from the post office in some circumstances.
Price
Product Price – The quoted wholesale price is FOB. It doesn’t include custom packaging costs if you have requested that.
Shipping Fee – These fees will be different depending on the destination country and the shipping method chosen.
Customs Clearance Fee – If your order falls within customs clearance requirements, there will be an additional customs clearance fee.
Commodity Inspection Fee – if your order falls within commodity inspection requirements, there will be commodity inspection fee.
Tax – in some countries you may be required to pay import duties or taxes assessed by the local government. Please check with the government concerning import duties in your country.
Others Fees – There will be an additional cost if you require custom packaging.

We do not accept credit card payment for wholesale purchases.
Time of Payment

Package
For Wholesaler – We provide foil inner bags in 50g and 100g quantities. The size varies according to different teas. Flower tea is individually packed in a single foil bag. If you need other sizes or have different requirements for packaging, there may be additional fees.
For Private Label Customers – We make customized packages at your request.
For Distributors – We provide TeaVivre packages: sturdy tight-seal foil zip bags, tins, or mini sample packages.
For Commercial Procurement – We use TeaVivre packaging unless you have requirements for custom packaging, which we can discuss.
Drop Shipping - We provide TeaVivre packages: sturdy tight-seal foil zip bags, tins, or mini sample packages.

Documents
Customs clearance documents – If your order meets the customs clearance requirement, we will deal with related customs clearance documents but you will bear the customs clearance fee.
Commodity inspection document – if your order is required for commodity inspection, there will be commodity inspection fee.
Shipping
Others
Quality: We guarantee that the final product you receive is the same high quality as the sample. We stand behind and take responsibility for our products.
Damage: In the event of damage during shipping, we will bear the loss.
